1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern all treatments and services provided by Laser Skin Therapy (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
2. Consultations & Medical Disclosure
All new clients must attend a consultation and, where required, a patch test before treatment.
You must inform us of all medical conditions, allergies and medications before treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not safe or appropriate for you.
3. Age Policy
We do not provide injectable or invasive aesthetic treatments to persons under 18.
Proof of age may be required.
4. Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or in person.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice without losing your deposit.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
6. Treatment Results
Results vary from person to person. No guarantee can be made regarding the outcome of any treatment.
Photographs may be taken before and after treatments for record-keeping, with your consent.
7. Liability
While every precaution is taken to ensure your safety, we cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions where aftercare advice has not been followed.
We are not liable for any personal items lost or damaged on the premises.
8. Payment
A deposit is required on booking your appointment. Remaining full payment is required at the time of your appointment.

9. Offers & Promotions
Special offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw offers at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
